I hate to give bad review Barry Douglas Fowler the president of The Diamond Home & Development, Inc. Please stay away and don't do business with Mr. Fowler because he will give lower baller bid and scams. Barry introduced to me that he is president with an operate license and experience 35 years and build the home rock diamond. He is a liar, untruthful, scams, and is d*** as a rock. He took my 10% deposit amount of $44,400 and back out the project 6 months later without return my deposit. He kept telling me false information, lied to me in multiple situations, and never return my deposit for more 3 months. I called Mr. Barry many times but he never pickup and didn't callback. The reasons I said this is because he is a person who runs his mouth without thinking, goes after what he wants without thinking the needs of others around him, and no builder experience because he doesn't know my wall outside wood frame stucco versus concrete block that cause me to pay the redraw 2 times. Later, I do research and found that he didn't have business nor construction licenses and wrote contract for the project and demand 10% deposit. I had police case and file complaint with dbpr.org him and his associates. My lawyer is in process to serve him in Circuit court.
