I called the location and simply asked if there was a manager on staff and if there were any positions for hire, the woman who picked up just hung up on me with zero explanation. After calling back to see if it was an error on their part we were greeted with even less enthusiasm and when we asked fora manager we were told there isn't one that we could discuss our frustrations with. So II was hung up on and not helped one bit. I would not recommend any place that would be so quick to hangup on anyone asking a question. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Place was rennovated and looks new. There is advertised prices of $30 an full hour all over the building which is not true, you are billed $60. Besides the sneaky price scam the service was great, and the massuse was very nice and professional. Would definetly reccomend if looking for a spa that offers extra services.
Terrible service. Paid online, walked in, showed my confirmation, and they wouldn’t take me because it wasn’t in their system. Wouldn’t give me my money back on the spot, told me to leave my phone number and they would call me to “figure it out”.
