Pure Bikram practise with newly incorporated variety classes like hot pilates and other, very enjoyable, perfect to decompress after work or early in the morning. Most students have been members for years, the instructors are great folks devoted and committed to providing a good experience, the facility is nice and well equipped with showers upstairs and roomy fitting rooms. Lose weight, become flexible and balanced all while enjoying yourself!

Took a class taught by amaZing Kristina and felt compelled to write about my positive experience. She is kind, positive and very motivational in her teaching. Highly recommend the studio and its instructors to the locals and visitors ( like myself ) - you won't regret it!

I have been practicing Bikram for a while and always in search for a good studio. I came to Bikram North Miami for the first time today and I was pleasantly surprised. I arrived right on time and found parking right in front of the studio. That was great! The girl that greeted me was the same that taught the class, as many studios do. She was nice and friendly. I hadn't practiced in a while and I let her know. The studio seemed pretty clean, and didn't feel stuffy. I found the class challenging, as expected but I managed through and the teacher to be encouraging. The whole experience was very easy and my body is thankful. =) I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone interested in Bikram yoga. But if this is your first time, you must know Bikram Yoga is always challenging, I mean always! You have to go with the mind set that you will push. I'm very glad I found this studio.
