best pilates classes by far. I've had back issues due to minor scoliosis but thought this pain was just part of being me. I've seen chiropractors, holistic doctors and have tried all sorts of annoying yoga poses. After a friend suggested Nomi Pilates, I decided to give it a try since she mentioned it was not only stretching but a great work out. I cannot tell you how amazing my experience has been. I never knew how important a strong core actually is. Naomi is the best, she gives personalized attention, cares for her clients and loves what she does. I feel so much stronger, my back pain has actually gotten to the point where I hardly notice it. I attribute so much of my relief to this studio. I don't care how far from my home it is, its so worth the drive and I highly recommend trying them out.
