Had an extremely important inspection that needed to be completed almost immediately and he was very understanding and accommodating. Roger Morales was exceedingly helpful and responsive. He was essential in helping us discover that we had been erroneously asked to obtain a survey for a real estate transaction. He took the time to help us avoid the cost of a survey when we didn't need one. His high level of professional integrity is uncommon.
