“What started out as a nightmare at 550am turned into a pleasant and professional experience. Long story short, a water connection hose on a brand new appliance installed 9 days ago broke and started to flooded my house. Using the emergency hotline, Roto Rooter sent Richard - 6577 out to conduct the inspection. He quickly identified the problem and explained what needed to happen to prevent anymore water damage. You never met honest plumbers anymore and he was one time and efficient. He even stayed on location to monitor the situation until water restoration services came out. She was extremely thorough and went through every room to ensure that when the dry out team came out they completed the job. Her personality and expertise calmed my nerves and for a moment I forgot that I had a massive leak in my house just hours ago. The dry out team Darniel and Guillermo had a tough job ahead of them but they tackled the task with ease. From removing the carpet, meticulously placing the tubes for the dry out, to explaining every step, they rocked it!
