When I walked into Cabellero Southern Memorial in August of 2024, I was greeted with compassion and kindness. Following my mother's passing, I needed guidance to lay her to rest. Mrs. Barbara Washington was a beacon of support, offering expert care and reassurance every step of the way. Her availability and willingness to answer my questions at any hour, morning, noon, or night, were a tremendous comfort. She never made me feel like a bother, and her empathy was a blessing during my time of grief. I can't thank her enough for holding my hand through this difficult process. Kameelah at Southern Memorial Park was very very patient with my family after the death of my sister she took us through the process with no glitches unfortunately two years later I lost my mother and she was there to help us again she's extremely professional and made the experience less painful if that was possible
Recently, I laid my mom to her final resting place at the Caballero Rivero Southern Memorial. The staff was so helpful and sensitive to my needs. I had a personal experience while going to see the site of where my mom would be buried along with other family members who were already buried in nearby graves. I became overwhelmed and emotional because it hit me that my mom would never come home with me again. The staff member, Mr. Wright noticed I was struggling at that moment, and he spoke the most comforting words to me. Thank you.
