“I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was attended to. The staff here is efficient and they wasted no time in getting things done. As soon as I walked in, the financial service rep explained how the visit would go, which was especially helpful for me since I didn't have insurance and was paying out of pocket. Tanisha, the physician's assistant, was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable during the check-up process. Dr. Mele was swift but thorough, diagnosing my issue promptly and giving clear instructions for the next steps. The only slight hiccup was with the radiology technician, who seemed a bit rushed, perhaps because I was the first patient of the day, but it may be understandable since I was the first person of the day. However, this didn't affect the quality of care. After the procedure, Dr. Mele provided a detailed explanation of the diagnosis and what I should do next. The whole visit didn't take more than 45 minutes, which was impressive. I would definitely return to this urgent care location and recommend it to others.“

I found the MD Now clinic at 9650 Pines Blvd. Unlike other clinics I had tried I found the Pines Blvd clinic to be outstanding. They did for me everything I expected and did it with grace and tact. The level of professional treatment combined with a winning team attitude by all I encountered was way above par. The doctor was great; as was his nurse assistant ( Her name is Jazz short for her real name that I can't remember the spelling). was just fabulous she listened to what I had to say and was so professional in every way. I'm actually looking forward to my return visit when I pick up all my test results.“
