You have a gem in Frankie Ayala! I give him 5 stars. He is very attentive, customer service oriented and passionate about his role with the company. He should be promoted. I haven't met Frankie but I can tell from previous conversations with him that he is a hard worker. You need more people like him.

I’ve been a tenant at 1823 Dewey St for the past few years and I couldn’t be happier with the management. If I ever have a concern they’re quick to address it and take care of it. Highly recommend renting or buying with them.
