The only reason I'm giving them a 2 star is because of the nail tech !! I have to remember before I go into these establishments to get the price down first. Because when it was time to total the amount three different people had responded. I don't like to be stereotyped because of my race but that's just what happened. The price is $30 for a gel manicure but they end up overcharging me $60. She said the jail is $35+$25 for that design .. how is it that much more ! I didn't want to make a scene because I was the only black person that came in for the four hours I was there and I see why they will not be getting my money any more

My gel mani peeled off from a different salon so I was looking to remove the rest of the gel. I called this salon since they were close and asked if they could remove my nails with the machine (in contrast to sitting and soaking the nails) and they agreed and told me $10. I walked over to the salon and was there in 5min. I stated what I said over the phone and was sat and told by the tech that she cannot remove with the machine. Another tech came over and said she could and moved me to her chair....weird, but ok. During removal, the tech was texting and even stepped out with her phone. Zero communication with the customer. Removal was ok but then I was quoted $15. I'm upset the price changed on the spot, I was moved from one nail tech to another without explanation and that the tech was messaging while working. Unfortunately, I will not return.

It was me and my moms first time coming here, we had a great experience! the staff is very friendly and great at what they do. we both got mani pedis with Audrey, Julie, and John. Audrey did the dark red full set and John did my pink nails , we're very happy with how they turned out thank you!!
