“I moved into a furnished rental apartment with an expensive but disgustingly filthy area rug it had dog urine stains and a terrible smell and feel. It was supposed to b e cream colored but was grey from dirt. The landlord sent a guy with a steam cleaner but that hardly helped. My realtor recommended Infinity Rug Care and after looking at their website I was impressed with the array of modern equipment they have to clean rugs. I called, they gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and picked up the rug the same day. They had it back to me 3 days later and the rug looks almost new! It is incredible how much filth they got out of it! It used to gross me out to walk on it with bare feet and now it feels soft and wonderful to walk on and it is cream colored again! I highly recommend them to clean even the most filthy, hopelessly dirty rug and with all that great equipment they have it will come out practically like new. It is money well spent! He and his colleague were phenomenal. They picked up our 4 carpets the day we asked them too and were prepared to return as soon as we were cleaned up and ready. They were gracious in helping us move furniture, roll the carpets out and make sure they were placed properly in each room. And the carpets look fantastic following the cleaning. While all this might appear normal, when searching for a cleaner I found several companies say they would not move furniture and others say they would not store our carpets for even a week. In the process, I discovered Rugsies’ affiliate Sudsies in the process and now use them regularly for our dry cleaning. Also excellent service and cleaning!“

“I've used Mike 2x to clean an area rug. The first time was great... took about 2 weeks to get the carpet back. The soil protection he applied would great and even made liquid pool up on top of the carpet.The second time hired him to clean the same rug. The results were we not the same, liquid (I have a dog) absorbed quickly into the carpet, I even had a double treatment of protection which didn't do anything. I also had him clean a carpeted room with the same protection. That also didn't work.I reached out to him via text about the treatment and he agreed to return to reply new solution to fix the problem.“
