Exceptional service! I accidentally cracked my MacBook Air screen, panicked, and turned to Google for help. Apple Repair/UltimateCare Inc. came up with stellar reviews. Although they were closed when I arrived, Julio saw my distress and kindly let me in. I explained my situation, and he reassured me, promising a quick fix within 24-48 hours. To my surprise, he called back in 24 hours—my MacBook was as good as new! Julio’s kindness, expertise, and commitment to customers are incredible. If you need a repair, Julio’s the one. Excellent apple shop. Better take your problem to them, than apple. They will recover your laptop and fix hardware issues which may render your computer garbage otherwise. Great service, did exactly what they promised! Would come back to fix another MacBook Pro.
