To begin with Shield Proof Roofing responded quickly to swing by for an estimate. Tony Martinez’s estimate was in line with other providers. He did not try to over sell and took time to explain the issue. Then, Shield Proof responded quickly to setup the appointment to fix the issue. Tony and his crew went above and beyond to fix the issue on the roof, as the problem seemed worse than anticipated. He also fixed the interior ceiling and caulked the trims. While in the house he remained respectful of the property and people, interacted professionally and again took time to answer related and unrelated issue queries. I would gladly hire Shield Proof Roofing again.
We are new in the area and received three different quotes from other Roofing contractors. Accidentally drove by a house Shield Proof Roofing was replacing the entire roof; I stopped to look and get their number. Mr. Martinez treated us like family !
Mr. Martinez and his crew were amazing. During the heavy rains we had recently, we had a really bad roof leak. Mr. Martinez came out the same day of our leak to give us a quote, and the next day he sent a crew to complete the work. I think the price was fair and reasonable. Roof work is pricey…period. Especially if you want it done correctly. If you want your roof work done correctly, and you want someone professional and knowledgeable then I highly recommend Shield Proof Roofing. This is our go to roofing company now, and I will be recommending to our family and friends as well.
