Andrew, Dustin and their ServPro team were wonderful. We lost nearly everything from flooding during Hurricane Helene and they made a horrible situation easier to manage. From the beginning to the end of their service, they did an incredible job. Not only did they do the work (demo, remediation, dry out, etc) quickly and thoroughly, they were also kind-- which made such a difference during such loss and devastation for our family. Andrew was always reachable, professional, constantly provided excellent communication, and truly cared the entire time. I came across Servpro's information while specifically looking for a company that offered ozone treatment. A property I purchased had a lingering cigarette smell, and it needed more than a band-aid fix.
Let me just say, I’ve been impressed with the whole process so far. Andrew knows this business well and communicates effectively! We’re in the final phase of the ozone treatment, and I’m looking forward to the results. The air quality has improved greatly with just phases 1 and 2.
I called Servpro of North Lauderdale/West Tamarac to help me with a mold issue in my vehicle. Andrew was awesome! He was accommodating with time, very knowledgeable and honest.
