Ohana is head & shoulders above the rest. I obtained quotes from three companies to change a bunch of locks and key card readers at my work. Ohana had the best price and by far the best service. Gil has so much experience and is very detail oriented and he thought of everything needed in the quote. He and Carmen were very good at communicating the schedule and adapting the quote to our changing needs. I highly recommend them.
Incredible service! We used Ohana for our new home to change all the locks on the front door, three French doors, and the side door. On top of that we added new style handles to match the new matte black locks. Super sexy! Ohana was so excellent that we used them again at our business for strong magnetic locks and bolt locks. Neighbors are using them next week!
They were quick, on time, friendly, and they listened to my issues and made quick repairs. They had to come out a couple of times because of us and not them. I appreciate them for doing that. Their prices are average and their professional attention to detail was impressive.
