My appointment was fine, Dr. Bibi was very knowledgeable and patient. Took the time to answer my concerns. The front desk however was so rude. The receptionist (didn’t get her name, she was some sort of south asian and had a lot of scars on her face) was so rude and inpatient. I had questions about my copay and if i would have to send my EOB to them once I receive it since normally I end up owing less after. She was annoyed with my question and was very much acting like a mean girl. I was nothing but kind and was just genuinely asking as I just turned 26 and this is my first time using my own insurance. I was given a same day appointment to see Dr. Bibi.
From start to finish my experience was awesome. From the receptionist (I didn't get her name) to Javier who checked me in the room to Dr. Bibi. They took time to discuss my medical condition and treatment with compassion and clarity. The follow up with Julie and Sandy was a bonus from the office. I would recommend this office and Dr 100%!!! 2 thumbs up!
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sarkell for well over 8-years and I have always been pleased with him and his staff. Many times I’ve arrived early for my appointment and have been taken to the exam room and finished before my appointment time. The front desk staff have always been nice and I’ve never had any issues at Dermatology Consultants.
