Just received a beautiful arrangement from this shop that was ordered from Michigan from my best friends. They are beautiful! I would definitely order from them again for anything I needed locally. Not sure about some of these other reviews. I would have to say they probably have the wrong shop. When you order from a company that transfers orders to local shops, it’s hard telling where the order really went to and mistakes can easily occur. You can’t blame the shop owner on a forum like this until you have total confirmation. Mistakes happen in life and reputable shops will take care of their issues once confirmation clarification has been received.

I am so happy I found this florist.Their Arrangements are absolutely breathtaking,the flowers are always fresh,they pay attention to detail . The Prices are very fair as well.Its hard to find places that actually take pride in their work, and actually listen to their customers wants and concerns . If I could give them 10 stars I would!!This flower shop is a Gem of a place,

I'm very impressed with how Robin and her staff handled our situation. My husband's original order on 12/17 did not deliver as stated, and we requested a refund. Admittedly, we were disappointed and frustrated. After a conversation or two, we were refunded. Today, a beautiful arrangement came from them in apologies for the mix up, which turned out to be computer related. That's called Excellence in Customer Service and they win! Stars to all! Best Holiday Wishes to them! ??
