“I am trying to save a laminate floor that a tenant put a big 3 x 3 white circle in the middle of it with an office chair with metal wheels . I am hoping to try to fixjust one area so I don't have to charge the tenant for a new floor. I was lucky enough to talk to Lee who so impressed me that I wanted to share myexperience on Yelp which is my go to site for those that make an impression (either good or bad) He took the time to explain how I would have to match the size, color and the locking mechanism to only buy enough for the damaged area. He explained how to take a piece out of a closet to bring in . He also gave me many other possible ways to try to mask the damage which might work for a day, a month or longer or worst case not at all,. He was so polite and helpful that I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for flooring. Often when you call a store you get workers that don't know their product or do not want to take the time to assist you. If there were 6 stars I would give it to Lee.“

When I said my wife may need more room, I was immediately told they would come back and fix it. We realized her clothes would fit, it was not an issue at this point. I was told if it becomes an issue a year from now, just call us and we will come and fix it. No charge, they stand behind their work. Now that's customer service. They were also less than half the price of other companies in the area.“
