“I show up ahead of my 8:00 meeting, which I have received and confirmed by email.
At 8:05 I’m given a pre exam and then I sit in the room until the doctor arrives at the office sometime after 8:30 and then he starts to see the patients that are waiting in the rooms.
I left the office about 8:50 and just barely made my 9:00 other appointment.
I schedule early mornings to get in and out.
Why are appointments scheduled at a time when the doctor isn’t even in the building.
This is not a one off! I had an 8:15 appointment previously and it was an hour and 45 minutes before I was able to leave.“

Then I got Michele at Dr. Smith's office. She told me the wait usually would be 3 months, but she knew how urgently I needed to see him. So she talked with her supervisor and the office manager--and got me in within 2 days! Dr. Smith was very kind, as was all his staff. Gave me his professional opinion of what was causing my sight problem and how it could be corrected. I won't be going back to my other eye doctor. It's Dr. Smith and his great team for me.“

Doctor's asst Skylar is super helpful and reassuring. And Doctor WIlliamson is everything you want in an eye doctor; smart, thorough and really nice guy!
