“This is hands down the most kind and caring veterinary clinic I have ever been to. The Dr explained in great depth the details of our concern and followed up with helpful information. Both of the women that worked behind the desk were extremely personable and they made what would have been a hard visit a much more enjoyable one with their friendly nature and their caring understanding.

“I only had 2 visits to the clinic which were required for the Storm study. All of the interactions with the staff, both in person and over the phone were excellent. If I lived closer, I would use Brandt for all of my pets.“

“Such a great and caring clinic for pets. We took our very loved Shitzu in when she was very suddenly very ill. Firstly, despite a hurricane imminently advancing, they told us to bring her in. (Other vets apologized but closed early). Then Dr. Myburgh diagnosed her immediately, got meds in her and put her on oxygen. Her odds were not good, but we came home meds and instructions with a better breathing furbaby who slowly got better over 3 weeks. She is a 14 year old dog so we know there is a limit on recovery but she is playing and pain free now. And I credit Bright Cross with saving her life and giving her pain free few more months. Cannot say enough about how impressed and grateful we are to the entire staff both back office and front.“

“Dr. Gardner and his staff are wonderful I adopted a dog that was abused mentally and physically. She has a lot of issues with trust and anxieties. They have been helping me to get her the right medication‘s to help her through her time of need and me as well and they’re so patient and understanding about her anxieties usually takes me 15 minutes to get her in door. And they just patiently wait they’re really wonderful anyone that’s having their animals treated there know what I’m talking about my hats off to you and your staff. God bless them all.“

“I took my fear aggressive 80+ lb Sheepadoodle in for the first time for a travel Health Certificate. They were patient, professional and friendly. They also caught a vital mistake on some paperwork and we were able to correct in time to get everything sent to USDA for final step to make our trip to France this week.“

Recently we had to make the difficult decision to put our dog Misty down after 15 years. The staff were excellent and very caring. Thank you Dr. Maus for your great work. If and when we get another pet Ark Animal Hospital will be our go to for vet service.“

“Dr. Gonzalez is fantastic. He’s very compassionate and provides wonderful care to our fur babies. We love that he’s more into integrative medicine and healing. Red Fox does not have a traditional veterinarian office feel. Instead you will be greeted with a very warm staff in a peaceful environment with water fountains. Susan, Lynn and everyone at Red Fox are wonderful and have taken an interest in our us and our pets well-being. Highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez and his practice!!“

“I took my 13 year old Shiba inu mix in for a consultation about a fatty tumor that she had. They did an ultrasound and determined that it was removable. We scheduled the surgery for a week later and the 12 pound mass was successfully removed.
The entire staff here is compassionate about everything they do for your pet. Dr Young is very easy to talk to and explains everything in a way that you can understand. If I ever need any further procedures done on my dog I would not hesitate to bring her back here.“

“I came here for the first time on a very sad day. The day I had to put my first dog down. Everyone that worked there was beyond kind and understanding of such a heartbreaking moment in my life. They were kind and passionate in explaining the procedure, as well as allowing me as much time as I needed to say goodbye. Which, I'll be honest, I took my time, it was so hard to leave that room. When his ashes came back it was in the most beautiful packaging, in a hand carved wooden box. Such a beautiful sentiment to losing such an important part of my life. “I moved to FL in 2019 and started taking my dogs here because it is 5 mins from my house. I have been here for routine care, for critical care, and sadly for euthanasia. Recently, I have been here often for surgeries on my beagle who has terminal mammary cancer. I want to specifically say that Dr. Cliff Myburgh and Dr. Maria, their surgeon, have been absolutely amazing through my ordeal with my dog. I have probably called 2-3x each week for a few months and everyone has been responsive and gotten me in /given me what I have asked for quickly. Dr. Cliff goes out of his way to provide advice and suggestions. I also highly recommend Dr. Eva. The staff is wonderful as well and returns calls/emails promptly. It is not the cheapest place but finding a reliable vet is not easy to do and worth the cost.“

“What kind and wonderful people! That's Dr. Dawn and her staff. I was visiting the area when my elderly Great Dane became unexpectedly sick. Dr. Dawn didn't hesitate to do everything possible to save her when other vets who opened earlier that morning refused to see her. I am grateful I found her.“

Chris and Amber were great with my little cuddles today as they always are!!!! They’re very kind and make him feel comfortable so he’s not so scared. He’s a bunny and he’s normally a prey animal, So he’s always scared when he meets new people. But they’re always very careful with him. Not very many animal clinics work with exotics and at least they work with him. Thank you guys for being so kind With me in the office and with him getting whatever he needs done?????“
