“My wife and I (35 & 37) were looking for a personal trainer close by and found Jeff! We train there twice a week together which is perfect for us. Jeff is very knowledgeable and has always something different prepared for us so we can work out together at the same time. No session gets boring this way.His studio is very clean and spacious, just perfect for having a huge variety of possible exercises.We both recommend him highly if you want to get in shape and want to train with a partner or friend at the same time!“
