The Vet grossly mis-diagnosed my cat with an Oral lesion disease which would require her losing her teeth one at a time and possible jaw bone scrapping. I agreed To cleaning and x-Ray costing 350. Her tooth was fine and just gingivitis. They charged me 500.00 and made up that the extra charge was for "pain management". She was sent home with no pain meds. The staff were so condescending and Vet never called me after waiting 5 hrs after I dropped her off. She was busy having her lunch! I was so deeply upset about this dx I actually considered putting my two yr old cat down instead of a slow torture of losing all her teeth. I would never go back to this place.... read full review

Terrible experience with both my dog and cat. I do not recommend. My cat is sick months later after his dental cleaning that turned out to include 6 extractions that may not have been necessary. They did not use antibiotics and he got a horrible infection. They told me he would be "high" from the anesthesia for up to 3 days after the surgery. This is simply called an overdose and it was miserable for him and me. He has been struggling with a skin problem ever since. The emergency clinic internist is now testing him for Feline Leukemia Virus that he could have caught at Brandt. Initially they thought it was mange, mites, a fungus or bacterial infection. This clinic is a joke. My dog has anxiety, and they will not deal with her at all. In fact, they want her drugged so that they do as little work as possible. Stay away if you want to avoid a headache and multiple visits to accomplish simple tasks.
