I only had 2 visits to the clinic which were required for the Storm study. All of the interactions with the staff, both in person and over the phone were excellent. If I lived closer, I would use Brandt for all of my pets.
My baby is usually very anxious and afraid at the vet because he doesn't like to be separated from me. In Brandt Veterinary Clinic, he acted like a different dog. The staff made us very comfortable and were very gently with my dog. My dog acted a lot less anxious and actually walked around the room and siniffed rather than hide under a chair. I could really tell that they love animals and truly care for them.
Entire staff from front to back is fantastic. Everyone is so welcoming and caring for my nervous pup! Her dental went so smoothly and they listened to all of my concerns. Would recommend them to everyone!
