This place is a sorry excuse for a medical establishment. This Dr. Epley refused to see my sick 3 month old son. We came at 6:24 pm and the place closes at 7 pm. Sorry excuse for a doctor. The unhelpful office person turned me away without even asking what was wrong with the baby because they just wanted to go home. Absolutely disgusting. Wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

it's nearly impossible to get an appointment, you will never see the doctor only a nurse or PA. The front desk shows no sense of urgency or concern about anyone regardless of age, ethnicity or religion.

I have actually been very satisfied with my child's Pediatrician, Dr. Kyle Simmers, I have no issues with him at all. However, the performance of the office staff throughout the White Wilson Medical System and at the Niceville Location in particular is deplorable. They are unprofessional, discourteous, insubordinate, uneducated, they cannot communicate in a professional setting, they have no idea which Doctors care for which Patients, they lack even basic level English Proficiency, and some of them have inappropriate Tattoos from their previous vocations. They are a decisive barrier and impediment to obtaining effective patient care. Just interacting with them is a health decrement. They are a waste of space, they should not receive a paycheck. As they are a barrier to obtaining the services you and your insurance pay for, it would be better if the space they occupied was occupied by just ambient air. They are beyond worthless, they are actually a liability.
