Called yesterday bc we had no hot water. They came today, diagnosed the issue and had a brand new hot water heater installed within an hour or two. Very professional and QUICK! (they didn’t come the same day I called bc my schedule didn’t allow it) I love this company
I unfortunately just had ac problems, the only positive was I had the pleasure of working with Kasey Golsby from We Care Heating and Cooling, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service provided. Kasey was professional, knowledgeable, very kind and efficient in addressing our AC issues. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem and offered clear explanations of the necessary repairs. Not only did he fix our AC promptly with coolant and weld the leak we had to get us through until we could have our new unit installed, which he helped us with the financing options, but he also ensured that everything was running smoothly before leaving. I recently requested emergency HVAC service from We Care Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical. Overall the service provided was World class. Notably, Leon Henry performed the installation of the new unit and did a superb job at explaining the process, describing the operation of the new unit and expediently conducting the installation. True Professional!
I will recommend this company and technicians to anyone that likes quality service done right. They Care!
