Life Savers! Traveling overseas and my go to salon canceled my appointment the day before I was to leave. Called Ms Anne at Southern Roots and she got me in the following morning with Ms Elana who came in extra early and took fantastic care of me. I’m in awe of their customer service and willingness to ensure I got taken care of. Ms Elana is the best!!!!! She showed me things I never got at my old salon and it was obvious she knew her craft. My hair hasn’t looked this good in years. Big heartfelt thank you to Ms Elana and Anne, you guys made my day. Yes I’ve found my new salon home. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!
Elana is AMAZING! She is so talented at giving just the right cut and color. I’ve gone to her for highlights and haircuts and she always knows just how to make any cut or color so complimentary to my skin tone and face shape. Not only that but she’s fun to chat with and really makes you feel comfortable and pampered. She is humble about it, but she’s worked in some impressive salons in NYC and beyond, and we are SO lucky to have her here in Niceville!
First time there. They had a sign out front "walk-ins welcome". Sokore cut my hair and did a great job! She was very easy to talk to. I'll definitely be back :)
