I started going to Niceville Animal Clinic in 2020 during the COVID lockdown because they were the only vet clinic I could find that would take new patients. I had just moved here a few months earlier and needed a vet. Every visit has been a pleasure with Dr Jenny and her staff. Yea a couple times I've waited a little longer than some people might find acceptable, but they are busy and always do their best to provide the fastest service possible. Plus they are taking care of animals that many people see as family members, and if they take an extra few minutes to treat and animal it's better then rushing through and making a mistake. My last visit they got me in a room ahead of my appointment time! Even though I live 45 minutes away I'll still continue to goto Niceville animal clinic as long as I live here.

Please don't go to this clinic ! On the way to drop off our bunny we called to let them know we'd be there at 5:05 pm. They close at 6pm. It rang and rang and rang. When we got there I asked the older woman if she got our message and she said 'no, I have 7 messages I have t listened to! (insert laughter here) and when she gets to mine she said she'd just delete it. When was she going to listen to those messages ? Next day? She and a young student were at the desk with the lights off and their handbags out as if they were about to leave. They had an hour to go and didn't bother to answer the phone or listen to the 7 messages one by me and 6 by others. That was first red flag. When I then registered our bunny, the young girl working said 'a bunny, I hate bunnies. The are evil! ' I asked her if she had a bad experience with rabbits and she said mom, I just hate them!' Not the reaction to your pet who is about to have surgery and are leaving in their care. Very smart Alec attitude. But since she was just a young no nothing, I tried to look past the remark. It was difficult leaving our pet there tho, knowing her disdain for bunnies. The next day we went to pick up our pet and we're given a syringe that we were told by the older woman who does not answer the phone, it was a antibiotic. When I reviewed the bill, I saw the doctor had given the bunny an antibiotic shot prior to surgery and it was actually a probiotic!!! I had no doctors or tech speak to us or give a what to do summary after pets surgery. Around 3pm day after surgery I called and asked for the tech or doctor to call me as I had questions about his lack of bowel movement. At 5pm I called back because no one had called back. The older lady at the desk said she had left the office and got back around four but didn't listen to the messages and the doctor and tech had now left!!!! They never even knew a post surgery patient called with a concern for pet !! So she pretended to know something about a bunny comparing him to a cat. Anyone with a bunny knows that a bunny is totally different when it comes to intestinal issues. When I expressed my disappointment in her not listening to and giving my message to the doctor , she suggested I go to a doctor in Destin. Why would I? Because she didn't want the doctor to know all the things that had taken place. She admitted to me how all the events 'sounded really Bad!' And said she was sorry. Ok, I accept that. She said her husband was in the hospital. I told her I was sorry to hear that. She said she'd have the tech call me in the morning. No call. No follow up by the doctor or tech and they are totally unaware of the inept help who are the first impression of a doctors office. My first impression. Lazy, uncaring front desk help. Trying to cover up mistakes. Not trust worthy. Good Luck Dr Jenny, your front desk help has NOT got your best interest at heart.

I was very disappointed with Niceville Animal Clinic Boarding. I picked up my 15 year old Westie after 10 nights of boarding and was so heartbroken and disappointed in the fact that the caretakers did not take the time to clean the light drainage from her right eye once a day. There was a huge mass of filth caked on her eye that had been there for days with her not able to open the eye. I was very disappointed in the lack of compassion and care that should have been part of the stay. A simple 1 minute wipe/cleaning would have solved the issue and given my dog the relief she deserved. Needless to say, I will not use them again.
