Mitsubishi wall unit installed. Good product however salesman adds a lot of unnecessary costs to estimate. Overpriced!Install techs outstanding, professional and attempt to accommodate all requests. We paid a premium price for this unit which was supposed to be a HVAV Unit. That means it should have heating capability which it does not. Was told by technician that John - owner was too cheap to put it in. I wouldn't use this company at all.

2016 Jordan Air installed a new Lennox unit with iComfort Touchscreen This theromstat regulates our home within 3 separate zones. 4 years later 2020 - the thermostat went blank and then displayed nothing but lines thru it, rendering the unit inoperable. This is warranty issue however I paid a trip charge and a diagnostic charge. I was informed that I will also be charged a portion of the cost for the new thermostat and for the installation of it. Of course, I am not happy about it having to pay anything for an item that is under warranty. The reason for the four stars - the technician - Dillion Blanchard. I've never met a company owner that cared more. In this area of Florida, finding good, hardworking, knowledgeable, caring technicians is not always an easy feat. However it is even more impressive to find an owner that wants it done right, even if it means coming over on a weekend after hours to verify the work was done right? We had an accident where a technician stepped through our ceiling. The owner did not hesitate to fix the issue immediately, after coming and looking himself, he had a drywall guy that did Such a great job you couldn't tell anything had happened. Fast forward to two years later, our air conditioner had a manufacturers defect and we had a Freon leak....read full review
