“I highly recommend Dr. Michael Fregger at Family Eye Care! I have been going to EAFB BX Optometrist. But, after Dr. Tomlinson retired, I was at a lost. It had been 3 years since I got a new eye prescription, and I was afraid of just going to anyone else. A couple of weeks ago, I was having extreme eye pain. I called around and no one could (or would) get me in right away except Family Eye Care. I was so happy that they were willing to get me in right away. Then, after meeting and dealing with Dr. Fregger, I was most impressed. He genuinely cares and is most knowledgeable and recommended several things for me. After being treated for the eye pain, I made an appointment for my glasses. Again, everything went very well. I decided to look at their glasses. I got an estimate from them. But, after calling the Optical Center at the BX and was treated rudely over the phone (and after receiving poor treatment from them for the past 6 years), I decided that I would go back to Family Eye Care to order my eyeglasses. I give them a 5-star rating! :-)“

“I'm a new patient and just had my first appointment this week. I had a late afternoon appointment (I believe I was the last of the day). They were running a bit behind (30 mins behind) but everyone at the office was so friendly and patient even with it being so close to closing time! Dr Mollega was a pleasure to meet. He was friendly and understanding. Took the time with me to ensure that I understood everything. I also got to see him interact with his employees and it was refreshing to see. Seemed like he treated them with the same kind and patience as his patients. Just a warning that they are scheduling out MANY months in advanced. Overall, I left the appointment feeling great. I only got contacts this day. I went back yesterday, to order glasses. The sweetest man named Bob helped me. He knows his stuff!
