There was great consideration and care by staff when making appointment, and follow-up reminder.One of the very best cleanings ever, Cherie was professional, personable, considerate, and thorough in her questions about my dental health and her work ethic is top notch. Dr. Jen Nohalty took her time to get to know her patient, was professional and kind. It was an excellent first visit, and I am so pleased to have a new dental home at Palm Family Dental.

Friendly yet professional atmosphere. Everyone was kind and welcoming. I am a new patient, but other patients coming/going held pleasant conversations with the employees as if they were friends. It was sweet! A patient was acting a little ridiculous about an insurance claim (in front of my children) and it was handled well by the ladies at the front desk. Someone kindly apologized to me about the commotion, which wasn’t necessary but thoroughly appreciated. A little kindness goes a long way. The place was clean but could use some updating. The staff was great! I’ll be back!
