Comfort Air has been the BEST contractor I used during and after my total refresh in Blue Mountain. Service continues to exceed my expectations. Install and minor Warranty work were flawless, annual maintenance easy to schedule and TIMELY (you read that right). I highly recommend Dean and Comfort Air!
Dean and company go WAY BEYOND what any other company we have called to service our home unit in the 30 years we have lived here. Discouraged by the rude customer service reps at a previously used local Niceville company, we called Comfort Heating and Air as they were recommended by friends and neighbors! We have had LOTS of work done by them in the past 18months (like I said, our home is 30yrs old) and no matter what they did, add insulation, figure out fan speeds, re-ducting the house and general service to our unit they have been courteous, in time, and thorough! Dean and his team are great! He saved me big time by figuring out why my house wasn't cooling correctly and it didn't require me buying an entire new system as another company was recommending. He also responded quick when my ac stopped working another time. Very professional, trustworthy, and their customer service is excellent.
