Best service and price around, couldn't ask for more, Larry Timmons was the best. I'll use these guys again, and I'd recommend them to anyone needing a roof. Fast, efficient and at a great price. I have been in the Real Estate business for 35 years, and they are a great company to use if you need a roof.
Excellent communication and professionalism throught the process. When he came out to assess lightning damage, Greg discovered a non-lightning related issue, as well. At no point did I feel as if he were trying to upsell, unlike other companies with whom I've dealt recently. Greg promptly emailed estimates for the lightning damage and the other problem. When the insurance company asked for additional photos, Greg emailed and offered to take more, if needed. Scheduling and the repair went smoothly, too. Coastal Roofing made restoring our home and dealing with our insurance company easier.
I recently had my roof replaced by Coastal Roofing Professionals and could not be more pleased with the price, professionalism and end result. Josh was informed and patient with my multiple questions and helped make the process go smoothly for me from start to finish. I was extremely pleased with the crew who showed up early and completed work by noon, including a pristine clean up. Coastal Roofing also included the Wind Mitigation inspection which was an added bonus for me. We are fortunate to have such a quality company in our area doing our essential roofing jobs.
