It's not very often you find a company like the one Colton has cultivated here with Honesty A.C., they are quite literally their name. We are brand new to the area having undertaken a 15+ hour move from Texas and have barely been in Florida 2 months. Within 30 days of our AC being serviced by another local company, it went downhill rapidly and stopped working. We reached out and Megan in their office had us scheduled for an appointment the very next day (this alone was impressive on 100⁰+ HOT days and alot of people having AC issues). Their technician, Steve, was an absolute blessing that worked his tail off for 2 days problem solving and teaching us all about our unit and what issues we could have and how to solve. In the future, we'll be able to maintain our new units much more effectively because of his knowledge. This entire team went above and beyond to help our family during a super chaotic, stressful time and we can't thank them enough.
