Zachary was very good & informative. He completed the service & gave me information on my future service & renewal of maintenence agreement. Iam very satisfied with the yearly contract & routine service. Bounds is always good about following up & prompt in their service.

8/28/24 , hot outside and inside, called Bounds for a service call and they were here within 30 minutes. Bryan fixed the problems and had the A/C blowing cold air !! Thank you so much for your excellent service.
