Everyone that works here is compassionate and super friendly. Never had a negative interaction. They take great care of all my assorted pets and never talk down to anyone. They even took the time to explain an issue to my child at her level. Great people.
Dr. Diaz and the entire staff have been amazing. My elderly dog has been going here for a couple of years, and they have gone above and beyond every time I have been. We used to go to Newberry Animal Hospital, 280 SW 250th St, Newberry, FL 32669 and was charged $900 to extract one singular tooth. Dr. Diaz removed over ten teeth that needed to be removed and a mass for $800 just to give an example of the difference.
We now live in Orlando and I still drive from Orlando to Gainesville for my dogs appointments because that’s how much we love Dr. Diaz and the team.
My dog had a dental procedure here and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. My dog was treated with so much love, and it really shows how great this team is.
