I seldom write reviews, but in this situation one is needed. We had the good fortune of hiring Sun Coast Roofing for a roof repair. Will and their team were exceptional. They were always on time, they did a comprehensive inspection, the repair was done very professionally, they communicated with us through the process, and their follow up was excellent. I highly recommend them without reservation.
Suncoast has done three roofing projects for me, Two of them for large Condo Associations, as Board President. Their crew is exceptional, so professional. Ask for Cavan "Fitzy" Fitsgerald for all of your proposals. They also helped me with an urgent residential repair ahead of a buyer closing and made the previous roof repair look like a new roof. There are many roofing companies but Suncoast goes above and beyond!!
We were getting ready to move and things can get hectic trying to do that with two kids. We were worried dealing with getting a new roof would be added stress as well, but Will Redmond made the whole process much better than we expected. On time for the estimate (half of companies can't even do that anymore today), the job looked great, highly recommend.
