Wow there are no words but I’m going to try. This clinic is really amazing. Both my daughter and I were in major back pain. After just one visit we got some relief. Now we continue to have maintenance visits and I’ve never felt so good. Total body care and the holistic approach which is exactly what we needed. Western medicine was not working, as they give you a pill to cover up every symptom. They offer so many services which is great. The front office staff is cool, funny and very professional. Nothing but great things to say about this clinic. We will be permanent patients here.
I came into this office with my first neck injury. I was a bit scared and had never felt this pain before. Jennifer got me in immediately over the phone and I headed that way. Upon arrival I was greeted by Jennifer and their amazing xray tech that day that took wonderful care of me and made sure I was comfortable during X-rays. Fast forward the next day I had a follow up appointment that didn’t take too long. All staff remembered me from the previous day and made me feel very special. Thank you Ultimate Medical Clinic *Chiropractic*!!
I highly recommend Ultimate Medical & Chiropractic. I mainly see Dr. Grainger and Jen but everyone is so helpful and accommodating. Theresa is always at the front desk and has everything organized and ready.
I have had a couple instances where I needed an adjustment badly but didn't have an appointment. They fit me in both times without hesitation and it was such a relief.
