It's a great gym, great people run the classes and we appreciate that they participate with Silver Sneakers. The downside is if you don't sign up exactly 48 hours in advance via the Internet, you don't get into a class because the space is too small. If you're not computer savvy or unable to sign up exactly 48 hours in advance, you lose out. ☹️
Nice medium sized gym with plenty of equipment options and free weights. Has a beach gym vibe which I hoped for. I like a stair stepper but there are only 2 and one of them is squeaky and beat up. Didn’t finish cardio as a result. I will come back here though on my next trip.
Very good clean establishment the members and staff are well respectful and friendly.Open 24 hrs which makes it convenient for everyone regardless of their schedule, definitely the perfect gym.
