Mid Florida Dermatology & Plastic Surgery

A very important aspect in the healthcare industry and one that is often overlooked is the attitude of the staff at any medical office. The ladies at Mid Florida are like a big happy family the energy there is very positive and upbeat and as a patient it had a very strong very positive effect on me. In this kind of environment excellent care can be given and is given at Mid Florida. These ladies have created a wonderful healing environment I would recommend to anybody I know that they go there. I absolutely liked Dr. Morrison. I think she did a good job removing my basal cell carcinoma.What I didn’t like was the fact I called the office and got transferred five times to the office and every time I spoke to someone they kept transferring me. I called because where I had surgery I started bleeding where they put my stitches it started happening when the anesthesia was wearing off. I was trying to ask if I should come back in. The receptionist transferred me to one of her medical technicians and sent over an email to call me. I was told they would call me between 10-4. It was 11:15am. I am so very grateful for this place. They were all nice, professional and to the point. They were extremely busy, yet still got you in on time. They are the only place in this area that would even take the horrible insurance that my husband has, and that alone should say it all..
