The patient was told they would hear back about the pathology results, but never received a call. Despite this, the office has been commended for their cleanliness, with the exception of one instance where a room could have used sweeping. They have also been recognized for their professionalism and for accommodating patients with difficult insurance. Fantastic experience. I visited Mid Florida dermatology for the first time today. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was seen promptly and received great care. I have a lot of experience with many dermatology offices with having had skin cancer in the past. I was very pleased with the PA Shannon Keegan’s care so happy to have found her. Highly recommend!

A very important aspect in the healthcare industry and one that is often overlooked is the attitude of the staff at any medical office. The ladies at Mid Florida are like a big happy family the energy there is very positive and upbeat and as a patient it had a very strong very positive effect on me. In this kind of environment excellent care can be given and is given at Mid Florida. These ladies have created a wonderful healing environment I would recommend to anybody I know that they go there.
