Keyes Property Management

The office management is a misogynist. They have a few people working there and a few of them are really rude people. They want their business to work on autopilot. Pretty unsatisfactory place. I left.

If you are a landlord looking to use Keyes, save your reputation and do not. I'm currently dealing with Martin V. who is absolutely unresponsive. Even your most loyal and reliable tenants will receive little to no communication from them, have contracts thrown in their faces wrongfully, and your properties will be neglected. Keyes is a liability and unfortunately will put mud on your name by blaming everything on you as the landlord, saying they have no control over any situation. This management company is excruciating to deal with. The turnaround time on non emergency but important repairs is now past 10 days for me and I'd hate to think what would happen if there were an emergency. When asked to complete repairs sooner all I got was excuses, not even an apology or and I'll try to do my best. Best of luck and God bless to all those who are in properties that they manage.
