“I have not used this vendor, however our first contact with them, to install exterior and exterior doors, was denied because a permit was required. Second contact their price was prohibitive, double to triple all other quotes (however they didn't eyeball the scope of work it was over the phone). Even so they were not available until August.“

“Have had Mr. Perozzi several times for various issues that needed attention; from replacing doorstops & hanging pictures to repairing drywall, tiling, rescreening, putting up light fixtures & cabinets, & connecting a dishwasher. That's only a portion of my list. I believe he can do all or most. Found his costs to be very reasonable. He let me know in advance the supplies he needed to perform the work, saving me money on his time. I found him to be reliable, professional, & helpful with suggestions, but never overbearing. Have recommended him to other friends.“
