I have been a patient with Mid Florida Dermatology for many years. I have made many recent phone calls contacting medical records for someone to PLEASE contact me regarding a release of my medical records to US Dept of Health and Human Services and to myself. There has never been any response to my requests other than a recorded message please leave your number for a call back, which I have never received.

Horrible experience this Dr didn't even come into the room to look at my skin. He stood out in the door and said in a very nasty tone wound care. Have never been treated so unprofessionaly in all my life. Avoid this Doctor like you would avoid the black plague. I would give him a zero if I could.
