I don't normally leave reviews but the experience that I had via blue cross blue shield on demand Telehealth needs to be published. My minor daughter was complaining of symptoms consistent with a sinus infection so we decided to spend 59 dollars, use the Telehealth versus going in person to the minute clinic or MD360 (with only a 14 dollar copay). I am NOT a physician nor is my wife, however we do hold advanced degrees including a PHD. We called in for a Telehealth visit and this Jennifer Deason was assigned to our call.
