They did ask us a few times what we wanted but being first time customers, I just feel they wanted to do the cut right and make us happy. This is a no frills option shop. I took my boyfriend to get his eyebrows waxed for his birthday and he absolutely loved the results. Kaylei was so professional and kind, she even made my boyfriend’s brows look fuller! Studio is super clean yet warm and welcoming. I recommend her for for any of the waxing services he provides.

I first started going to Stephanie for my haircuts about 2 years ago after my mom recommended her. She was so awesome and personable and I walked out loving my hair!! After getting a couple cuts, I had talked to her about doing some color work, but I had never really gotten any color before so I had no idea what I wanted. She texted me some pictures to get an idea of what I wanted, and set aside her day off to come in and do my hair since I have such thick hair and we knew it was going to take a long time. I was so happy with how it turned out. I have since followed her from Hair Cuttery to now her spot at Swanky. She is the best of the best. Not only have I gotten to know her as a stylist, but as a dear friend. She is one of the sweetest people I’ve known and makes everyone who sits in her chair feel like they’re her friend. We have been sending our goldendoodle to NSB Pet Resort for over a year. We do daycare twice a week and we’ve boarded him while on vacation. He KNOWS what days he goes to daycare and is an absolute crazy dog before we get in the car. He comes home exhausted those days and enjoys all the love he gets from the staff. We’ve participated in their fundraisers for local charities and love the extras (like special pictures) that come home with him. Both times that we’ve picked him up from boarding he has not wanted to leave; he acted like he didn’t even know us lol! We would highly recommend NSB Pet Resort!

I recently went to get my lashes lifted and tinted by Emily at New Complexions and I am extremely satisfied with my results!! Emily is very friendly and made me feel relaxed and at ease during my service. Her studio is clean and calming to be in, and she walked me through the whole process as we were doing my lashes. I had my hair and makeup trial run with Corrie tonight, she did such an amazing job, I can’t wait to have her and her sister do our hair and makeup on the day of! Clint is a miracle worker. Fixed a severely messed up haircut I received at another salon. Haven't been to anyone else since. He's the greatest. Fair price and always a very pleasant experience at the salon. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

When I say Annie is an angel from heaven, I'm not exaggerating. I had a hack job of a haircut from someone new, and Annie went in on a day she doesn't even work to do damage control for me! Who does that these days? She fixed it as best she could, and went out of her way there and afterwards by text to reassure and comfort me because she knew it was drastic and not what I had wanted. She's a great stylist and just a great, kind human being!

Wonderful experience at 101 Nails NSB. I brought in my friend to get a pedicure. She has Alzheimer’s and the staff were very sweet an accommodating. They even let me sit in the massage chair while I waited for her to get the pedicure.

My experience was amazing. Hands down one of the best massages I have ever had. The therapist (Ebb) was so excellent and made sure I was always comfortable throughout the whole massage. The receptionist (Allie) was so nice and friendly and made me feel very important throughout my appointment. This is a wonderful company with great staff. I will come back when I'm in the area again. Also, the spa was very nice and zen-like inside!!!!
I've had two massages here and both of them were amazing. The facility is very nice and the robes, towels, massage oil, etc. are high-quality.
My only complaint is that both times I've been there, the common areas had loud talkers, people chatting away loudly with their voices echoing around the reverberant room. They have a sign asking people to keep their voices down so other people can relax, but apparently, some people disregard that. So even though the facilities are very nice, I can't really enjoy them because some of the customers are loud and obnoxious.
I mentioned this to the front desk the first time, but they said there's nothing they can do. I think an attendant could politely ask any loud talkers to keep their voices down out of respect for the other visitors, but for whatever reason they don't want to do that. I ended up just going outside, because the little bit of traffic noise was better than all the chattering people.
Today I found a quiet room on the end and got comfy there, but within minutes, a couple came in and ruined the relaxing atmosphere with their chattering, so I went to the dressing/locker room and waited in the peace and quiet till my appointment time.
Perhaps management could make the locker room a little comfier for relaxing, since it seems to be quieter? Or designate at least one quiet area? Or quiet hours/days?
I'll enjoy this place for the services, but don't expect much out of the facility's common areas due to some inconsiderate customers.
Rebecca helped me and she was amazing! The place is also very cute! Super clean, the pool area was also relaxing. I loved that at the end of my massage they gave me a heating pad for my neck and shoulders! It was amazing!

I called Renton for an appointment when I accidentally kicked a breaker when removing a wall-mounted light fixture. The breaker would not reset, and I know better than to try any other action with my limited electrical abilities. Mr. Renton called back and suggested that I try resetting the breaker again by putting more pressure on the switch. The breaker reset and I was back in business. Very impressed that Renton would help me on the phone instead of making a service call. Very impressed!

I have not used this vendor, however our first contact with them, to install exterior and exterior doors, was denied because a permit was required. Second contact their price was prohibitive, double to triple all other quotes (however they didn't eyeball the scope of work it was over the phone). Even so they were not available until August.
After so much trouble for months and months of permits and hold up, these men got to my home at 8:00 this morning and did everything in their power to move my home! Even under the most stressful circumstances they were absolutely amazing! They truly care about their customers! Amazing, amazing amazing!

As a newcomer to New Smyrna Beach, it's always hard to know what vendors to pick. With Blue Turtle Landscaping, I picked right! I was very impressed with both the managers and the crew. In coming out for a first look and project estimate, the manager was on time, pleasant, professional and knew her stuff. The first project was to remove destructive trees and plants and their root balls away from the pool to prevent damage to the concrete and so that a cage could be built. I was kept informed of scheduling and timing, especially when the weather pushed things back a bit. The crew came with a great attitude, despite the heat, and removed the trees and plants, and transplanted some of them to increase my privacy screen. They really worked hard and got everything done with little mess. I can't wait to get Blue Turtle back for part 2...replanting the yard when all of the other construction work is completed.

Wow there are no words but I’m going to try. This clinic is really amazing. Both my daughter and I were in major back pain. After just one visit we got some relief. Now we continue to have maintenance visits and I’ve never felt so good. Total body care and the holistic approach which is exactly what we needed. Western medicine was not working, as they give you a pill to cover up every symptom. They offer so many services which is great. The front office staff is cool, funny and very professional. Nothing but great things to say about this clinic. We will be permanent patients here.

I saw the Doctor in the NSB office. I had my yearly cancer check up. I had a few spots taken off and sent for a biopsy last week. It was so quick and painless. I'm not sure why I was dreading it so much. Amy and the staff were wonderful.
I have been going there for over a year. Dr Coppola and his staff are wonderful. He has removed skin cancer from my arm twice and also next to my nose. I have an appt. this month because I have another growth on same arm. Happy New Year to them and I would recommend this place ❤️

(2024) Update: Five stars for staff and Dr. Hutchinson! Our cat stopped eating and drinking over a weekend. We were given an appointment right away Monday morning. Dr. Hutchinson started with moderate treatment (subq fluid, B12 injection, appetite stimulant) and to return if no improvement. Appreciated that he didn't start out from the get-go with more expensive blood work and x-rays. Best of all, Dr. Hutchinson personally phoned two days later to check on her condition. Glad to report kitty was back to normal. Great care, concern and kindness!

I can’t say enough about how much we love Stratton! Our Duchess loves her spa day and she has never been softer. Tiger Charlie was a rebel when it came to bath time. Actually, he was absolutely terrified. I never thought anyone would be able to bathe him but us, but Stratton has been so loving and patient. He doesn’t hide anymore and finally gets a bath as often as he should. We are so grateful!
I have been taking my rescue Gunner to her for several years, she is the only one he will let touch his nails. Today they came to me through their mobile unit. Gunner had his nails done and I didn't have to leave the house. they are the best.

My sister and I decided to go for an aerial yoga class while in town. I cannot speak highly enough for the service we got. We hit an accident and were running late.
