Setting up appointments can be hit or miss considering his receptionist cannot give you any details about setting an appointment or pricing until Mike reaches out to you which I find a bit odd considering the nature of this business. Otherwise, I have had him and or his team out twice now and they have done a serviceable job. Did find it a bit odd that they just showed up to my house this last time without calling beforehand like I was told to make sure I could be there to pay. Luckily, I was pulling in right as they completed the job.“
