I attended a few classes at the studio while visiting family in the area. I enjoyed the studio and classes a lot. There was a good variety and easy to sign up online. The studio was clean and all the instructors were very kind and welcoming.
Trinity Yoga Studio is an amazing place to practice yoga. I mostly attend Leslie's Hatha Yoga, which gives me a great start to my week Leslie is awesome - I've learned so much from her. I've also occasionally gone to the Hot Power Yoga (now there's a workout if you need one!) and Heated Stretch and Align. All the instructors and the owner are so kind and warm and helpful. Highly recommend!
My good friend Taye teaches at this studioThis is a great yoga studio for because of the variety of classes. Each instructor has their own unique style.Taye music, therapeutic aromas, creative and fun class.Mary’s class is great for strength buildingSamira pushes you to breaking point. This is what I like. I like to grow in my practice. They all have something in common, the ability to help you grow. It’s never boring, always challengingFor those that like a good stretch, calming class, they have a great selection.Check it out, I highly recommend.
