Steve was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out what was making the drains in the house stink! He also tested the water and found out that an expensive water filtration system we had put in is not working properly, and he knew he could not fix it because it is under warranty with the other company but suggested what I should ask the other company to do. He was great!
