A few years ago I was not in a position to buy a new air conditioner for my home. I checked several companies who came out and looked at my system and would only try to sell me a brand new one without attempting to fix what I had. Tom from Modern Air said to me then he could fix it to last a couple more years but it would eventually need replacing. I appreciated that. He was honest and willing to help me buy some time before I got the new system. So he fixed it and it lasted just under three years and when the time came he replaced the whole system giving me several price options. The work was done quickly and professionally and his follow up customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend Tom and Modern Air.
Tom responded right away on a late Friday evening, even offered to come that night, but we decided on the following morning. He was very prompt and arrived right at the beginning of the time frame. He is very informative and fair and I totally trusted his judgement. Great experience and I will definitely use him for my future AC services! Thank you Tom!
