I have a working dishwasher again! The lady on the phone that scheduled the appointment gave me all the necessary infor I needed to know for what to expect from the appointment.And then Ken was on time and fixed the issue in just like 15 mins. Super impressed! Thank you so much!!!!

Wonderful company, been using and recommending them for years since we got shafted by ABC appliance, who we also used since the 90's. They suck now. Read their reviews, buyer beware. THANK YOU KEN"S

Ken knew exactly what needed to be repaired with my Whirlpool washer. Although he didn't have the parts on hand, he was able to order them very quickly and have my machine back to running brand new within a couple of days. The service was great, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and his work speaks for itself. It was a great experience and I won't hesitate to call him again.
